Six Tips For Your Figure


Paraphrasing a well-known adage, might say: "How many people, as many ways to lose weight." If you persevere, you can find the optimal diet for your body and do more exercise, have all chances to reach the desired figure.

Essential idea is to eat fewer calories than you consume, regardless of where they originate: carbohydrates, protein or fat. Beyond these details, there are other things you should know. I present ten strategies that will help you keep your figure.

    * Generally, changes should not be sudden. If you get used to drink milk with high fat content, eg do not jump to the fat-free. For start, drink semi-skimmed milk, so the transition will be smoother. This advice is true in terms of mayonnaise, salad dressing and cheese.

    * After all, we not live to eat. Or, at least, so it should be. Get used to enjoy the food slowly, chewing slowly and trying to "identify" each ingredient. Of course, this will not be possible if you eat watching television or read during meals.

    * It's summer! Salads should constitute the main food - If you need meat, you can use chicken breast and mayonnaise can be substituted with cream. Cereals with milk or yoghurt, is a true "catalyst" for energy.



    * Never give up for breakfast - if you not eat in the morning, you will definitely eat at lunch ... double! It would be a shame? Therefore, give time for breakfast. Along with grain, at least twice a week you should not miss the eggs or lean meat.

    * Do not try to "manage" stress, finding refuge in your diet. It is a typical "response" to stress: ... they find something to chew.

    * When you go shopping, get used to read food labels to see what they contain.
